Q:
What will FFN do for me?
The FSN Debt Relief Program enables our Members to
eliminate or dramatically reduce credit card and other
unsecured debt at a significant discount compared with
programs that simply extend payments, restructure them,
or in many cases put the consumer further in debt. Our
proprietary systems are unmatched in the industry and
are designed specifically to achieve the best debt
relief for all of our Members. Each FSN Member works
with their personal highly trained Resource Specialist
at no additional cost whatsoever. While our guarantee
states that a Members credit card debt will be reduced
by at least 75% of the debt owed before entering the
program, our Members are pleasantly surprised to
discover that their balances are eliminated or reduced
far more than this. The FSN Membership Agreement and the
Terms and Conditions clearly explain and specify the
process and guarantee).
In the majority of cases, the Member will likely find
that they never make another payment on their cards, and
that they have in fact used the laws in place to their
ultimate advantage. The partnership between FSN and our
Members has proven very effective in rebuilding a much
brighter financial future for consumers, helping them to
become debt free, and saving them substantial time and
money in the process. Members also have access to the
most time tested, successful credit repair process
available; allowing our Members to take back the good
credit score they deserve. Finally, FSN will introduce
Members to the most cutting edge financial solutions in
existence today. These combined solutions are what make
FSN the best option for millions of Americans.
Q:
How does The FFN Program work? How long will it take?
Based on results from Members who have
successfully graduated from our program, the average
Member now completes the process in about 12-18 months,
although most members find that they are in the 12 month
time frame (in many cases far less). While it is true
that many credit card balances will be completely zeroed
out, our members typically find that their average debt
has been reduced by over 80%, which includes any and all
costs of the FSN program, a level unmatched by any other
company in the industry. This clearly represents the
power of the FSN process!
Q:
Who can enroll in The FFN Program?
The FSN Debt Relief
Program is designed for consumers who are struggling or
even unable to meet the minimum monthly payments
required to repay debt to their creditors; in fact,
people just like you who want to avoid bankruptcy or
consumer credit counseling programs. However, it is not
intended for consumers who simply desire to avoid their
financial obligations.
Q:
What can I expect from your company?
We work for YOU. We do
not work for the creditors. It allows you to stop making
payments immediately, and to ensure your interests are
served and to not be under the adverse influence of a
creditor during the completion of the process.
Q:
I have found that some companies charge a
considerable monthly fee for their services. This
concerns me since there is no real incentive for them to
end my debts. How does your company charge for its
service?
Our program is set up with the incentive for us to end
your debts. Unlike consolidation companies and so-called
“consumer counseling agencies”, who keep a large
percentage of your total savings, FSN is not compensated
based on the amount you save. Companies that charge
these kinds of fees rarely have their client’s best
interests at heart. We see this as a conflict of
interest, and we educate our members about the best
possible options for their individual situation.
Q:
Does your company personally provide this service or
do you sell leads to other companies?
We personally handle
your debts. We are not a lead-generating company that
sells leads to other companies.
Q:
What type of debts can be included in
The FFN Program?
Only unsecured debts are allowed in the FSN Program,
such as Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express and
Signature loans. Please speak to your Agent for more
information.
Q:
How does FFN compare to debt consolidation or credit
counseling companies?
Consolidation, credit counseling, and the majority of
debt settlement companies promise to significantly
reduce a consumer’s debt; however the truth is that they
are highly unsuccessful. In fact, we have found in that
in the vast majority of cases, consumers find out (the
hard way) that most of the payments they have made to
these companies do not go to the original creditor as
they have been told, but instead remain with them. The
end result is that thousands of dollars in payments have
in effect been wasted as they have not been forwarded to
the original creditor. In addition, we have found that
consolidation and credit counseling companies
incorrectly tell their customers that once they sign up
all of their cards will not be cancelled and their
credit scores will not be damaged, when these events
happen in every case that we are aware of. With FSN, our
members know that we treat each case individually, and
our goal is to have the debt eliminated or reduced to an
absolute minimum amount through our proprietary process.
Q:
So, how much can I expect my debt to be reduced by?
While we are confident and
guarantee we will reduce your credit card debt by at
least 75%, there are a number of variables that prevent
us from quoting exactly how low we can reduce your
individual debt. We can tell you however, that in most
cases we have seen a balance of only 10-20% left from
the original debt. We would simply like to give you
conservative estimates so that we can continue to under
promise and over deliver. We would rather you be
pleasantly surprised when we are done, than disappointed
because of unforeseen circumstances.
Q:
Will Collectors continue to harass me or call me at
work?
Federal and State laws
prohibit Collectors from contacting consumers at their
place of employment. Use of our documents will put the
collector on notice, thereby reducing or eliminating
future phone contact.
Q:
I live in Canada. Would your information apply to me?
Currently we do not
work with Canadian Consumers.
Q:
After my order is processed, when can I expect
delivery of the Debt Relief Educational materials?
Your package should arrive
within five (5) to seven (7) business days from the date
you join FSN and all initial papers have been processed.
However, you can begin the process immediately.
Q:
What if I have debt that is more than 2 years old;
can I still use the process?
Absolutely! Time is not an
issue.
Q:
Is there a balance limit for any
unsecured debt that I wish to get relief from?
There is no limit of unsecured debt that we can help you
get relief from.
Q:
Will I ever have to go to court?
There is always a chance of a creditor suing on an
account, but the percentage of people sued by creditors
is very small. Sometimes court is the best way to get
closure to an account, as it is probably the best forum
to get the absolute lowest settlement and or get full
relief from the debt.
Q:
As far as the Agents and Resource Specialists are
considered, will they assist us throughout each step of
the process? Are there any restrictions or limitations
to their availability in helping us deal with each
specific debt?
Your Agent will be your
first line of communication and support. Your Resource
Center Specialist is also available to help with any
questions and walk you through the entire debt relief
process. You will be assigned to your very own Resource
Center Specialist at no additional cost to you.
Q:
Can I go out and charge up all of my credit cards
since I know that I can use this procedure to terminate
all of the debt?
You must decide for yourself in good conscience what to
do in this case. However, charging up debt when you know
that you have no intention of paying can be considered
by the courts as intent to commit fraud, which is a
crime. Ideally, we would hope that you would use the
knowledge you have learned to become financially free
from the debt that already exists rather than accumulate
more debt. We do not offer financial advice nor do we
support the abuse of this education. All of our
education is within 100% scope of the law.
Q:
Once my credit card balance has been alleviated, can
I still keep my credit card?
Once you have initiated a dispute or have stopped paying
on an account for whatever reason, it is highly unlikely
that the card company will allow you to keep the account
open. However you may keep existing cards, or obtain new
cards with any other banks if you so choose. Possibly,
the same bank you use in the discharge process could
offer you another card with them in the future.
Q:
Can I stop making payments once I begin the process?
We cannot offer legal advice to you in this manner, but
our experience has been that if you continue to make
payments, the credit card company is less likely to
resolve any dispute with you. You should also note that
by law you have the right to withhold payment for the
amount you are disputing once you initiate the dispute
process and a credit card company cannot demand payment
until the dispute is resolved.
Q:
If you are already behind on credit card payments
will your approach still be effective?
The process works whether the account starts in good
standing or is already delinquent. Your Resource Center
Specialist can assist you with what letters need to be
mailed depending on what circumstances you are in with
those creditors.
Q:
How does this process affect your credit rating?
We
cannot speculate as to how every creditor will respond
to the process. However, by law the banks are not to
report negatives on a credit report until the dispute is
resolved. Additionally, for people with credit concern
issues, FSN is proud to make available top ranked Credit
Repair Programs.
